Trainee Biddable Analyst [Graduate]

London, England   |   Full Time

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious graduate to join our small but high-growth specialist PPC agency.
No experience required – we’ll give you all the training and guidance you could ever need. You’ll need to be excited by what we do, even if this isn’t a path you’ve previously considered. You’ll also have to be a fast learner, not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.
You’ll be exposed to Biddable Media at the highest level where you’ll learn the ins and outs of all things Biddable whilst genuinely and immediately having an impact on the output of our agency.

We’re a small but award winning Biddable Agency. As a small agency your role will be incredibly varied and fast paced but excitingly you will have a direct influence on the future of our agency. No cogs in large machines here!

Typical duties will include:

  • Assisting with creating and managing biddable campaigns under close supervision from our biddable analysts – you’ll be learning on the job!
  • Analysing campaign performance and making suggestions and adjustments accordingly
  • Creating client reports that are genuinely useful and actionable
  • Assisting with the management of clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Analysing and improving the performance of client accounts
  • Learning and obtaining the following Google certifications
    • Google Analytics Individual Qualification
    • Google Ads Certification
    • Microsoft Ads Certification

Progression could take a number of routes and should happen quickly if you’re up to the challenge. The most likely would be to move into a Junior Biddable Analyst role.

Strictly speaking no experience is required, however we're looking for people who:

  • have heaps of common sense
  • show a willingness to learn, research and use their initiative
  • are able to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and deliver results
  • possess excellent time management skills
  • have outstanding organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • can work as a team player as well as being able to work to individual performance goals and KPIs
  • have strong analytical skills and enjoy crunching numbers
  • have commercial awareness so they can add value to our clients’ accounts outside of biddable channels
  • have excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
  • have a perfect command of the English language
  • have highly developed numeracy skills and are comfortable using Microsoft Excel
  • have a degree

A small but highly specialist and fast-growing Biddable Agency with an established client base that’s growing rapidly.

Our success is thanks to our great team – so we take very good care of our people! You can expect fast career progression (much faster than at a larger agency) and exposure to the industry and clients at the highest level. You’ll also be rewarded in more ways than one for playing you part in the agency’s growth. Your personal development is just as important as the agency succeeding (it’s simple: the more you develop – the better our agency will be).

95% of our new business is generated by word of mouth and recommendations made by our existing clients. That’s because we’re good at what we do – we focus on delivering a high standard of work and importantly we’re great to work with. There’s no layers of account management or salespeople to get in the way – just experts in our field (you).
That’s what we’ll continue to be even as we grow. It’s what makes us us. If you’re keen to make a difference for clients large and small – and do it with a smile on your face – then Katté & Co is the right place for you.

We operate flexi-time with core hours of 10am to 5pm.
Our office is in Edinburgh House in Kennington (5 mins from Kennington Station and 10 mins from Vauxhall Station)
