Paid Social Analyst [1-2 years experience]

London, England   |   Full Time

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Paid Social Manager / Analyst with at least 1-2 years experience to join our small fast growing team of 18.

We’re a small and highly specialised paid media agency. As a small agency your role will be varied and fast paced but excitingly you will have a direct influence on the future of our agency. No cogs in large machines here!

What you'll be doing:

  • Building & optimising Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter with a robust test and learn approach
  • Producing insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs
  • Build trust and relationships with our clients leading weekly calls and monthly meetings, taking part in presentations & attending face-to-face meetings.
  • Getting involved in business development, including auditing prospective accounts, putting together pitch decks and taking part in pitches.
  • Helping train junior team members, giving frequent detailed feedback
    • The ideal candidate will be ready to mentor a Grad from the off
    • Delegating and organising priorities for said Grad
  • Building and developing Paid Social best practices

We're looking for somebody with:

  • proven Paid Social experience
    • Facebook + LinkedIn at a minimum
    • Twitter, Pinterest, Snap or any other paid social platforms would be beneficial but not essential
  • 1-2 years experience as a client-facing Paid Social manager
  • proactive + autonomous
  • excellent Excel skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • a mathematical mind
  • problem solving ability
  • a keen eye for detail
  • a willingness to learn, research and use their initiative
  • commercial awareness so they can add value to our clients’ accounts outside of just Paid Social
  • excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills

Your personal development is just as important as the agency succeeding (it’s simple: the more you develop – the better our agency will be). Progression at our agency is very straightforward – you’ll have clear objectives to meet each quarter and as long as you’re delivering on these (with help from your mentor) then you’ll progress in both seniority and remuneration.

We're a small but highly specialised and fast-growing Biddable Agency.

Our success is thanks to our great team – so we take very good care of our people! You can expect exposure to the industry and clients at the highest level and will have the opportunity to work alongside exciting clients where you'll be handling large complex accounts and given wide responsibilities.

You'll be surrounded by intelligent and hardworking colleagues and you'll need to collaborate across the organisation and welcome the change and dynamism of a growing agency.

95% of our new business is generated by word of mouth and recommendations made by our existing clients. That’s because we’re good at what we do – we focus on delivering a high standard of work and importantly we’re great to work with. There’s no layers of account management to get in your way – just experts in our field (you).
That’s what we’ll continue to be even as we grow. It’s what makes us us. If you’re keen to make a difference for clients large and small – and do it with a smile on your face – then Katté & Co is the right place for you.
