Main purpose of role
Support the Senior Biddable Analyst and Head of Paid Social in maintaining and managing a portfolio of clients delivering unparalleled performance through best practice and innovation.

Consistently meeting client KPIs
Achieving 8+ on quarterly client NPS scores
Successfully training junior members of the team through to promotions
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
1+ years working across Paid Social (agency-side)
Experience running paid campaigns across main social networks
Facebook / Instagram [essential]
Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat & TikTok [preferable]
Experience working across a set of clients in different industries
Actively leading or heavily involved in comms for those clients
A proven track record of delivering high performance with large, complex campaigns
Experience training trainees and graduates in the basics of PPC
A lean, data-driven mentality and strong bias for A/B testing and experimentation
An end-user centric approach to marketing communication.
A keen interest in user experience, consumer behaviour and psychology.
A keen eye for detail
A willingness to learn, research and use initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
High level proficiency with Microsoft Excel/gSheets including Pivot and complex SUMIF formulas
Proven presentation and PowerPoint/gSlides skills
Enthusiasm and confidence with the ability to interact well with clients and colleagues on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Experience with SQL
Creative experience using tools like Adobe Suite (photoshop, premier pro, after effects), Canva or similar
Copywriting experience or aptitude.

£25,000 to £28,000 DOE
OFFICE HOURS & LOCATION
We currently operate a "work from anywhere" policy which will most likely be in place until September 2021 at which point we expect to introduce a flexible working policy involving 2 or 3 days per week in the office.
The office is in Edinburgh House in Kennington (2 mins from Kennington Station and 10 mins from Vauxhall Station)
